Instructions
Remove your Instabench Team Bench from its carry bag and place on flat ground. Walk the sports bench open by holding one end carefully. Ensure that th bench is fully open before using as seating.

Warranty
The Instabench has a 6 months, fair use warranty. Please refer to our Warnings and Guidelines:
- always use the carry bag for transportation
- Never carry the instabench on your own, unfolded
- Do not exceed the 250lbs / 114kgs seat limits as doing so may cause damage to the bench and cause personal injury
- to avoid injuries to fingers and hands, use care when folding and unforlding the bench,
- do not allow children to open and close the bench
- before sitting on the bench, please ensure that the bench has been fully extended.
- when in use, sit squarely and evenly on the seat section. Do not straddle the middle of two seats or sit on the edge of the bench.
- do not stand or walk on the bench
- do not drop full body weight on the bench.
- the bench IS NOT A TRAMPOLINE
- always place the bench on even ground
- keep the bench away from fire, naked flame and from hazardous materials
- please ensure that the bench is dry before storing in its carry bag
Failure to comply with these guidelines and warnings could damage your Instabench, cause personal injury and void your warranty.
